Avoiding A Common Facebook Distraction

If you’re like us, and spend a lot of time on social media for business, you probably get a lot of Facebook game requests.   This is when someone invites you to join you to play a game like Farmville or Live Blackjack 21.

Coming from a family that loves games, especially card games, I know how fun and addicting games can be, but I have never really spent a lot of time playing them and, let’s face it, if I’m going to take time out of my busy schedule to play a game, I would rather be either in Vegas playing black jack for real or in a room with my friends socializing.

Most of the people I get game request from are not really friends, but people I barely know on Facebook. It can be a little annoying and a waste of time and energy, but sometimes I don’t want to take the time to do something about it.

Kind of like when I get emails from companies I know I want to unsubscribe from, but it’s easier to just ignore the request than take the time to actually do something about it.

The problem is that these game requests are distracting, and break your concentration.

So take some time to de-clutter your inbox and eliminate these annoying requests. It will save you time in the long run.

Listen to this short tutorial on how to block these annoying game requests and simplify your life…
